The property is superb and located in a relatively quiet part of Phuket. The proximity to smaller restaurants, bars and beach shacks makes it ideal for family stays. We loved the breakfast and the variety of choices being offered. Please note, there is no room service, and restaurant has fixed timings. However, the 7/11 across the street is open 24/7 and can provide you some snack options. All the restaurants surrounding the hotel had great food, the Thai curry is a must try! Pools, rooms and the surrounding area was extremely well maintained and clean, not a single lizard or insect in sight! Overall we would definitely come again!

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach and next to shops, restaurants and fruits stands. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities- the pool, the massage places and the restaurants. The hotel provided also sun beds and towels. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and variate, including fresh local fruits. In the restaurant, there were organized festive and thematic dinners, with entertainment and good food. Our room was spacious and clean, with view to the pool and tropical garden, with good isolation from outside noise. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.

The hotel staff were excellent and well prepared for our visit. Our room was very good, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were only there for a night. The hotel is in a very good location with restaurants across the road and the beach on the doorstep literally. I’d recommend the hotel as a good place to stay.

Good room, quiet (block 4 with its own huge pool). Nice beds, big fridge, good water pressure, Smart TV, great wifi. Impressed with Best Western brand, my expectations were surpassed. Library at reception, pool tables, very good meals at restaurant and in house massages (we didn't try them they were fairly busy so I assume these were also of good quality). Real value for money on the beach

The hotel exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, the beds were more comfortable than ours at home and we had an amazing time. I can’t believe how good it was for the price.

Lovely rooms, two large and excellent pools, plus a little one for the kids. Breakfast was great. Amazing massage. Staff were fantastic, typical Thai hospitality which was lovely. It was wonderful to be back in Thailand after so long, especially with Covid in between, and this place did not disappoint. There are a few really nice restaurants very nearby, shout out to the Siam Mumbai and one next door which had bungalows and a pool which I think was called La Maison or something like that. Also, Beer Garden was good and the owners very friendly. Bangtao was quiet, being the off season and travel just having opened fully, but there were a few people about. To be noted, this hotel doesn't have beds actually on the beach as the tide gets really high at this part, but it has beds on a raised banking right next to the beach. Overall a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The breakfast was excellent with large variety. The two big pools were also great. It was nice to be able to walk on the beach which is with nice fine sand.

Bangtao resort filled us with so many beautiful moments that we're going to cherish for a lifetime. The room that we were given was great with the unique view of Bangtao Beach and the pool straight away from our bedroom! We were really happy from the staff's manners and their all time urge to help us with direct tips for our exploration of Phuket! The same feelings accompany. our view towards the services and the amenities that we were offered during our 5 day stay in the hotel, including the restaurant and the thai massage that left us amazed.
